1. Introduction

Welcome to South West Win Club ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website swwwc.co.ukand participation in our local prize draws. By accessing this website and entering our draws, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or enter our draws.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must reside within eligible regions of the United Kingdom, specifically prioritizing the South West counties: Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.
• By entering a draw, you certify that you meet these eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to request proof of age and address before awarding any prize. If a winner is found to be ineligible or under 18, their entry will be declared void and another winner will be drawn.

3. Draw Operations & Rules

• Each prize draw is limited to a maximum of 1,000 ticket entries.
• Each ticket costs £4.
• The draw will take place once all 1,000 tickets have been sold. If the ticket limit is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to extend the entry period, run the draw with a proportional cash prize (e.g., 70% of ticket sales), or cancel the draw and issue full refunds.
• The winner is selected using a verified random selection process (such as a random number generator or live random draw) to ensure complete fairness.

4. Payments & Ticket Limits

• Payments must be completed through our secure checkout system.
• Ticket numbers are allocated sequentially or randomly at checkout.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets a single eligible individual can purchase, subject to overall availability.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a ticket is purchased, except in the event of draw cancellation.

5. Winners & Prizes

• The prize is £1,000 cash (unless otherwise stated for a specific draw).
• Winners will be notified via the telephone number or email address provided during checkout. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of the draw, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prizes are paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account held in the winner's name.

6. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network failure, or computer malfunction of any kind. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
